Building on AdvanceTrac™ with RSC® (Roll Stability Control™), the standard trailer sway control selectively brakes and adjusts engine power to maintain trailer control.39 The result is stability and control, even when towing large loads. When properly equipped, the Explorer can tow up to 5,600 lbs. * The Class IV Trailer Tow Package is available with the 2.3L and 3.0L EcoBoost® engines and 3.3L hybrid engine.

Normal, Trail, Deep Snow/Sand, Slippery, Sport, Tow/Haul and Eco mode that each come with special 3D animated graphics in the available 12.3" digital cluster.
